Hi, I’m Shauna Kuebeck, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and the newest addition to Griffith Performance Physiotherapy. My journey into osteopathy started through my own experience as an athlete in the sport of wrestling, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. That passion led me to earn a degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and a Master in Osteopathic Manual Science from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
As both a practitioner and an athlete, I understand firsthand the importance of whole-body health and balance. I practice principles-based osteopathy, which focuses on treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms—supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best.
Whether you’re an athlete, managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or just looking to move more freely, I’m here to support you with care that’s personalized, effective, and grounded in experience.
